HOW TO ORDER
Ordering — Things to Know
- After selecting the cake(s) and proceeding to the checkout stage, select a pick-up date & time on the calendar.
- If the calendar doesn't let you select the date/time, it means that the date/time is fully booked and/or unavailable.
- Be sure to fill out your information for pick-up and check out.
- You'll receive an order confirmation number via text or email (whichever your choose) that include your chosen date & time for pickup and the pickup address. (If you don't receive the confirmation email, please also check your spam folder.)
Pick-Up — Things to know
- We will send a text/email reminder on your pick-up date with helpful pickup instructions.
- Please follow the pickup guidance to pick up your cake at our pickup point, on your reserved pickup time.
- When arriving at the pickup address, please park in the loading zone. The loading zone is between the two Northpointe Apartment buildings.
- When there, please send your name or order number + vehicle information via text message. One of our team members will hand-deliver the cake to your car!
Care
- When carrying your cake, please keep the cake level at all times.
- Keep the cake cool and away from direct sunlight. Please make sure your car has a flat surface to transport your cake.
**All of our cakes require refrigeration within an hour of pick-up.
