Pottery Cake

This centerpiece cake is a result of our collaboration with Saejin, a local cake designer who also explores her creativity and craftsmanship in pottery. Inspired by a chunk of clay, she created this organically shaped cake, sourcing organic, pasture-raised, locally-produced seasonal ingredients as she intends to show her love for nature.
