This is a Korean inspired dessert called ‘Enjoyme cake.’

'Enjoyme' has a similar pronunciation with ‘Injeolmi’ which is a traditional Korean dessert. 

 Flavor note: it's very nutty and rich in flavor yet light and fluffy.
